Risk Assessment
To make our risk assessment, we researched other examples of risk assessments. This helped us to recognise what was vital to include and the type of detail we needed to write in. A risk assessment needs to include the hazard/risk, the people/property who may be harmed/damaged, the risk controls controls put in place and action required to control the risk, and finally, a risk rating. For example, 1 being low and 4 being high. The below examples were very helpful because they had good levels of detail and relatable information for our horror opening title sequence:
Below is a copy of our completed risk assessment filled out on a template I created inspired by the above examples. I have included 5 different hazards, with information on who can be harmed, what risk controls we put in place to prevent it from happening and the risk rating from 1 (low) to 4 (high).
